Za paradajz sos
Isperite ovas, pa ga kuvajte u dvostruko većoj količini malo osoljene vode oko 8–10 minuta. Ne mora biti potpuno mekan, jer će u paprikama dalje omekšati tokom kuvanja. Ocedite i ostavite da se malo ohladi.
Crni luk sitno iseckajte. U velikoj posudi pomešajte:
Dobro sjedinite rukama kako biste dobili homogenu masu.
Operite paprike, odsecite im vrhove i očistite od semenki. Kašikom punite paprike, ali ne previše čvrsto jer će ovas još nabubriti tokom kuvanja.
U velikom loncu zagrejte malo ulja, ulijte pasirani paradajz i vodu. Dodajte so i šećer, pa promešajte.
Pažljivo spustite punjene paprike u sos. Kuvajte na srednjoj vatri poklopljeno oko 40–45 minuta.
